What OnlyFans pimps can teach you about copywriting
A big copywriting lesson to be persuasive and influential
A few weeks ago, I saw a video about an “OnlyFans recruiter” recruiting girls at a university job fair.
You may have seen this.
But actually, it was just a skit and the recruiter is actually a comedian. He and his team were kicked out of the fair when the uni’s management knew about it.
However, that’s not important. What’s important is there were three things that caught my attention in the video.
the banner’s ultra-catchy tagline
the recruiter’s introduction
and how the recruiter handled an objection.

Banner’s tagline: Financial Freedom Starts Here
Introduction: “What if I told you ladies that you could say fuck school today and still earn six figures and get your own wallets?”
Objection: “I don’t think my dad’s gonna like that?” Reply: “I bet your daddy would like a brand new Chevy Silverado sittin in his front yard.”
This is actually a masterclass in persuasion.
The banner, the intro, and the objection handling speak directly to the girls’ emotions. And these emotions, I just recently discovered, they’re hard-wired in us.
So, is this important to you? Is this important in writing?
Yes.
Because these hard-wired emotions are at the heart of every impactful piece of writing, especially in marketing and advertising.
Whether you’re writing an article, a press release, a sales copy, a website copy, or anything that requires persuasion, those emotions are what make your writing truly persuasive.
Why? I’ll tell you in the next post.
So now, what were the emotions at play in the video?
The banner, the intro, and the objection handling don’t directly spell out the emotions. On the surface level, you won’t spot them.
Instead, what you really need to pay attention to is the underlying meanings behind them. They’re the ones that reveal what the emotions are.
And surprisingly, there are only 4 key emotions you need to know. That’s all it takes to write an emotionally driven copy.
But the catch is, you won’t know what those 4 emotions are if you can’t first grasp the underlying meanings conveyed by the banner, the intro, and the objection handling.
Because you have to know how to read copywriting first before you can write.
Once you get the hang of that, then you’ll be able to write emotionally driven copy. And with that rare skill, you can confidently sell anything you want—from B2B software to even a fidget spinner.
If you’re curious to learn more, I’ve just revealed how. You can only learn about in my new book You Can Sell Just About Anything Using 4 Secret, Science-Backed Emotions.
